April 29, 2020<p>This <a href="http://dx.doi.org/10.1111/mcn.13014 ">newly published article</a> describes a validation study of the 24-hour recall method in adolescents 10-11 y and 12-14 y of age in Burkina Faso against whole-day weighed observations. While both age groups underestimated nutrient intakes by 24-hour recall, the degree of underestimation may be acceptable for the 12-14 y old adolescents.</p>Learn more
